Testnet Program V2 Concludes

We are pleased to announce that the Flac Finance Testnet Program V2 has successfully concluded on April 22, 2023. This testnet program was designed to give users the opportunity to test and provide feedback on new features and updates to help us continue to build a stable platform.

The testnet program V2 was made available to the Milo NFT holders and saw active participation from 62 users, who performed a total of 517 transactions. During the program, users had the opportunity to test out new features on both iOS and Android. Additionally, users who participated in the Testnet Program V2 earned rewards in the form of FLAC tokens.

Features that were available in the V2 Testnet

• Login/Signup
• Resetting password
• Deposit tFLAC along with tADA
• Send tADA to Flac user via @usernameand via QR code
• Send tFLAC tokens to Flac users via @usernameand via QR code
• Receive tADA or tFLAC tokens via your username or QR code
• Transaction History
• Transaction memo
• Min deposit amount with no loss of deposits
• Transaction details
• Withdrawals
• Email based OTP
• iOS face ID integration for app security
• Android PIN/Fingerprint integration for app security
• Tons of UI/UX improvements

Here are some of the highlights from the Testnet Program V2:

• 2 Mobile App versions released
• 62 user registrations
• 204 deposits were made by users
• 517 transactions were performed during the program
• 37 withdrawals were processed for users
• 44 Total feedback submitted

What’s next for the testers?

The participants will be rewarded with mainnet FLAC tokens based on their testnet activity as recorded on 22nd April 2023. The testing rewards will be airdropped during May’23 after the team reviews the testnet activity and filters out any unfair activity.

What’s next on the roadmap?

Moving forward, we will be incorporating the feedback received during the Testnet Program V2. Before Flac goes to the mainnet, there will be a v3 testnet program, the v3 app will feature functionalities that will go to the mainnet. We will keep the community informed about the progress and updates through our official social media channels and announcements, so do join the Flac Finance Discord to keep an eye on them.
